The key I received works well and seems to be sturdy and in good shape. However, the cut edges of the key were not deburred after being milled, so there are sharp edges that I need to watch out for. I imagine these will wear away with time, but it would be ideal if these were deburred from the factory.

This was my first experience with the "machine." We went looking for a place to have our old car (2004) key remade and found one of your stations at a general store in southern California. The process was surprisingly easy and high tech. The software offered a good deal on a second key which we took. The spare keys arrived in a few days and worked flawlessly.
